Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Special Education, Education, Child Development, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution. Formal training/certification in child safeguarding and protection is mandatory. Where the appointee does not possess the required certification at the time of appointment, it must be completed during the probationary period. First Aid certification is mandatory; where not held at the time of appointment, it must be obtained during the probationary period. Confirmation in post shall be subject to successful completion of both the required safeguarding and First Aid certifications.
• 02 years of relevant experience in safeguarding, child protection, child welfare, social work, education, disability services, or a related field. Experience working with children with disabilities and/or developmental disorders will be preferred
