Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree with 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution in Vocational Education, Vocational Rehabilitation, Career Counselling, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Special Education, Psychology, Rehabilitation Sciences, Social Sciences, Education or another relevant discipline. Formal training or certification in autism/developmental disabilities, supported employment, job coaching, vocational rehabilitation, transition planning, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), or person-centered employment planning is highly desirable and preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in vocational training, supported employment, job coaching, vocational rehabilitation, transition services, special education or workplace support. Direct experience with autistic individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities will be preferred. Experience in café/hospitality, retail, workshops, product development, micro-enterprises, or employer liaison will be an advantage.
