Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree with 16 years of education in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Museum Studies, Heritage Studies, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Social Sciences or another relevant discipline from a recognized institution. A certification or training in autism, disability inclusion, special education, community engagement or supported employment will be an advantage.
• Minimum 02 years of relevant professional experience in exhibitions, galleries, museum, visitor services, public relations, community engagement, retail operations, event management or a related field. Experience of working with children/persons with disabilities, autism or other developmental needs will be an advantage. Experience in donor/stakeholder coordination, exhibition management or public-facing institutional program will be preferred.
