Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree with 16 years of education in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Art Education, Studio Art, Applied Arts or another closely related arts discipline from an HEC-recognized institution. Certification or training in Art Therapy, autism-responsive arts education, sensory-based creative practice, or inclusive arts education will be an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in teaching visual arts, art education, or creative arts programs. Experience working with autistic pupils, individuals with intellectual/developmental disorders or other special educational needs will be preferred. Experience in adapted, sensory-based or inclusive art activities will be an advantage
