Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum Master's degree with 16 years of education in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management Sciences, Education, Educational Leadership, Special Education, Social Sciences, Public Health, Rehabilitation Sciences or another closely relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university/institution. A PhD or higher professional qualification, and/or recognized training in autism, disability inclusion, special education, institutional governance, public sector management or health/rehabilitation management will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience, including at least 05 years in a senior management/leadership position in an educational institution, special education/autism centre, health or rehabilitation institution, disability services organization, social-sector organization, public-sector/autonomous body or other comparable organization. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, institutional governance, human resource management, financial and administrative management, programme/project management, stakeholder coordination, and implementation of institutional policies.
