Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum 16 years of education (Master’s degree or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized institution in law, business, engineering, finance, accounting, economics, petroleum, technology, public administration, management, or sector regulation. Qualifications from recognized international institutions are preferred.
• At least 20 years of experience in large public sector or national/multinational private sector entities.
• A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience as the head of an organization.
• Demonstrable expertise in senior-level strategy and policy formulation
