Qualification and Experience:

• Must possess a graduate degree in engineering, business administration/public administration, finance/economics, project management, or an equivalent qualification from a well-reputed institute duly recognized by HEC. Higher qualifications will be an added advantage.
• At least 25 years of professional experience, preferably in the public sector or large public-interest organizations. • At least 10 years of experience in senior executive leadership positions, including at least 3 years of experience in planning, development, implementation or management of major infrastructure, engineering, construction or development projects with well-known organizations. • Experience as a Chief Executive or at a senior management level in similar organizations having commercial attributes. • Proven track record of successfully completing or implementing multiple mega infrastructure or construction projects, preferably with an aggregate project value of PKR 100 billion or above. • Professional experience working with or for international or multilateral financial institutions will be preferred.
