Qualification and Experience:

• B.E./BS (16 years of education) in Civil Engineering, registered by PEC, at least Second Division, from an HEC-recognized University/DAI, with at least two (02) years of relevant experience in BPS-14/16 or above in a University/DAI, Government Department/Organization, or reputable organization; OR
• M.E./MS or equivalent degree (18 years of education) in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized University/DAI, with a PEC-recognized undergraduate Engineering qualification in the relevant discipline
• Preference: Experience in project planning, execution and supervision, repair and maintenance works, preparing technical estimates and reports, and maintaining engineering/project records.
