Qualification and Experience:

• LL.B. or LL.M. from an HEC-recognized university. The applicant must be enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court for at least 4 years with an active practice.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have completed the Bar-at-Law qualification after LL.B. or have obtained LL.M. degree and have proven experience in regulatory bodies, companies and corporate litigation and practice.
• Applicants must have at least 6 years' relevant post-qualification experience in corporate-related litigation and prosecution including 4 years' experience as an Advocate of High Court.
• Candidates who have at least 3 years of work experience with a regulator will be given age relaxation of 5 year
