ABOUT AJ&K ROZGAR SUPPORT PROGRAM

Empowering youth for employment is key mission of EPR Pakistan. Under this project organization facilitate and make sure to provide employment facilitations & opportunities in government and private sector to unemployed persons.

 Process of Selection:

Organization announces the project provincial wise to collect the applications from interested candidates. After the application submission process, candidates go through a written screening test arrange by this organization. Generally the candidates score minimum 40% marks consider eligible for the rozgar support program. 

Key benefits for Selected Candidates:

Under the Rozgar Support Program, the Employment Processing Resource has initiated a new program aimed at offering youth employment support services nationwide. As part of this initiative, the organization annually invites young individuals from across the country to submit their applications in order to benefit from the program. To assess the candidates' capabilities, the organization evaluates their academic qualifications and compiles the results accordingly. The organization will recommend federal and provincial government / semi government departments to prioritize the job applications of youth affiliated with the Rozgar Support Program of Employment Processing Resource.

Additionally, to assist youth in securing employment, the organization request/ recommend to government departments to provide internship opportunities to help enhance their skills. Furthermore, with the backing of Chambers of Commerce both domestically and internationally, the organization will endeavor to create employment and internship opportunities for youth across various industries

As per merit list of screening test result, organization interviews the candidates and engages the specific number of candidates directly with EPR services on permanent basis.

Salary / Wages Matter:

As per current service rules regulations of organization for remote staff, the selected staff get their wages on monthly basis include of basic salary and performance wages. However, a minimum performance percentage requires from staff member to become eligible of fix basic salary amount.  

Key features of program:

Issuance of Certificate:

All screening test passed candidates issued printed “Merit Assessment Certificate” on their postal address with 02 years validity.

Hiring of ARO/ RO:

Interviews will be schedule for selected candidates for the EPR remote staff positions of Registration Officer and Assistant Registration Officer. These are paid remote job positions. Interview qualified candidates go through from Training Process for appointment.

EPR Govt. & Overseas Jobs Priority Services:

As per merit specific number of candidates will be offered to avail “EPR Govt. Jobs Priority Services” for period of 2 years. (Worth Rs. 6000/-)

EPR Wave off Govt. Jobs Basic Processing Fee

 As per merit specific number of candidates will be offered to avail “EPR Wave Off Govt. Jobs Basic Processing Fee” for period of 01 years. These candidates will be eligible for their govt. jobs basic processing without paying EPR Charges.

Internship & Employment Placement

All qualified candidates will be eligible for placement in industries and corporate sector in their respective province for internship and employment opportunities according to available seats as per required.
