Overseas Terms & Conditions

EPR services are only for its registered candidates.

Registration: A single Free registration is all that required for all candidates interested in our services. As part of the registration process, candidates are not required to pay any type of registration fee.. There are two convenient methods for candidates to register: online registration form submission or by post. For candidates choosing to register by post, it is essential that they attach photocopies of all required documents as a record of their application. On the other hand, candidates opting for online registration must submit all the necessary documents to EPR during the application process for their overseas employment. This ensures that we have a comprehensive record of each candidate's credentials and qualifications. We strive to maintain a professional registration process that accommodates candidates' preferences while ensuring the accuracy and completeness of their applications.

Information Service: Our information service provides registered candidates with updates on their eligibility for overseas job opportunities verified by the BE&OE Government of Pakistan. These updates are communicated to candidates through various major channels of communication. However, it is important to note that only the candidate who has applied for the highest number of jobs will qualify to receive an automated phone call for notification purposes. Our aim is to ensure that candidates are informed exclusively about job opportunities that align with their provided documents and criteria. We prioritize professionalism and efficiency in delivering this vital information to our registered candidates.

Application Processing Service: Our Application Processing Service ensures a seamless experience for registered candidates applying for overseas job opportunities that have already been verified by the Bureau of Emigration and overseas Employment (BE&OE), Govt. of Pakistan. Whether candidates choose to apply through our EPR portal or via phone call, we take charge of preparing all necessary documentation on their behalf. Our dedicated team then processes this documentation in collaboration with the relevant registered Overseas Employment Promoters (OEPs). Acting as a bridge between the candidate and the registered OEP, we strive to provide the best possible facilitation. Our commitment to excellence means that candidates are served right at their doorstep, eliminating the need for them to make multiple visits or rounds to the office of the OEP. We prioritize convenience and efficiency in delivering our services to candidates, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free application process.

Assistance in Test/Interview Preparation: As part of our comprehensive services, EPR offers valuable assistance to registered candidates in preparing for the tests and interviews associated with their overseas job applications. Once the candidate's application has been submitted to the relevant Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP), our team at EPR steps in to provide guidance and support in test and interview preparation. We understand the significance of thorough preparation in securing overseas vacancies, and our aim is to equip candidates with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in these assessments. Through personalized guidance and resources, we help candidates enhance their readiness and confidence, enabling them to perform at their best during the test and interview process. Our professional approach ensures that candidates receive the assistance they need to maximize their chances of success in securing their desired overseas opportunities.

Application Follow up Service: Our Application Follow-up Service is designed to keep registered candidates well-informed about the progress of their job applications through EPR. We understand the importance of transparency and ensuring that candidates are aware of every step in the hiring process for the vacancies they have applied for through our platform. With our diligent approach, EPR takes the responsibility of regularly updating candidates on the status of their applications. From the initial submission to subsequent stages such as shortlisting, interviews, and final selection, we strive to provide candidates with timely and accurate information. By keeping candidates informed about each step of the job vacancy they have applied for, we aim to empower them with the knowledge they need to stay engaged and make informed decisions throughout the hiring process. Our commitment to professionalism ensures that candidates remain well-informed and confident throughout their job application journey.

Amendment in Document: Once a candidate has registered with EPR, they have the option to make amendments to their submitted documents or information. Candidates can make these changes themselves without any assistance by accessing their profile on our platform. However, if they require any guidance or encounter difficulties during the amendment process, our dedicated helpline is available to provide assistance. We understand that sometimes additional documents may be required for specific overseas vacancies. In such cases, it is the candidate's responsibility to provide the requested additional documents within the given timeframe. This ensures compliance with the requirements of the specific job vacancy and increases the chances of a successful application. At EPR, we are committed to providing a seamless and user-friendly experience, allowing candidates to manage their documents and make necessary updates efficiently while ensuring timely submission of any additional documents required by the relevant authorities.

Fraud or Fake Documents: The candidate acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for any actions taken by the overseas employment promoter (OEP) in relation to the provision of fake documents or any kind of fraudulent activity. It is understood that the candidate has provided all necessary documents and information to the OEP for the purpose of overseas employment. The candidate acknowledges that any fraudulent activity or submission of fake documents is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences and severe penalties. The candidate hereby agrees to hold the EPR harmless against any legal actions, claims, or liabilities arising from such fraudulent activities or the provision of fake documents. It is the candidate's sole responsibility to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of all documents provided to the EPR, and any discrepancies or fraudulent activities will be solely attributed to the candidate. Such actions may lead to the termination of the candidate's application or employment process.

Other Charges: Apart from the registration charges and per application processing charges, the EPR does not impose any additional fees on the candidate. Throughout the overseas employment process, it is understood that the candidate will be directly responsible for paying all relevant charges to the appropriate entities. EPR does not levy any fees or charges beyond the aforementioned registration and processing fees. It is the candidate's sole responsibility to ensure that all applicable charges, such as visa fees, medical examination fees, travel expenses, or any other expenses related to the overseas employment, are paid directly to the relevant parties. EPR shall not be held liable for any additional charges or fees incurred by the candidate during the course of the overseas employment process.

Undertaking/Authority: In order to avail the services of the Employment Processing Resource (EPR), it is mandatory for the candidate to accept and agree to the undertaking/ disclaimer statement provided by the EPR on the Registration Form. By doing so, the candidate acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by the EPR. The undertaking/authority statement outlines the responsibilities and obligations of the candidate in the context of the overseas employment process. It is important for the candidate to carefully review and understand the contents of the undertaking/ disclaimer statement before accepting it. By accepting the undertaking/ disclaimer statement, the candidate agrees to grant the necessary authority to the EPR to act on their behalf in matters related to overseas employment, such as application submission, document verification, and coordination with relevant authorities. This acceptance is a prerequisite for availing the services of the EPR and proceeding with the overseas employment process.

Amendment of Terms & Conditions: EPR reserves the right to amend its terms and conditions, as well as any associated charges, at its discretion. All registered candidates are required to comply with these changes. It is the obligation of candidates registered with EPR to unconditionally accept any modifications or new terms and conditions introduced by EPR over time. Candidates are advised to regularly review the terms and conditions provided by EPR to stay informed about any changes that may impact their engagement with the organization. By continuing their registration with EPR, candidates acknowledge and agree to abide by the updated terms and conditions as they are implemented. Failure to accept and comply with the amended terms and conditions may result in the termination or suspension of the candidate's association with EPR. EPR is committed to communicating any changes in a timely and transparent manner to ensure candidates are well-informed and can adhere to the updated guidelines.
