Qualification and Experience:
A candidate for the post of Registrar should have following qualification and experience. M.Sc/MBA (18 years education) preferably in 1st class or equivalent qualification from HEC recognized University having 17 years relevant experience in BPS-17 and above in a HEC recognized University.
OR
Possesses a Ph.D degree from an HEC recognized University. Must have a minimum 12 years teaching / research / administrative experience in HEC recognized University. Must have at least 2 years relevant administrative working experience in BPS-19 or above.
SKILLS: The candidate must be fully conversant with rules and regulations of administrations prevailing in the recognized university. Besides the candidate must have full knowledge of conduct of the meeting of Statuary Bodies, preparation of Agenda and Working Papers, etc. Possess and display sound administrative leadership, initiative and creativity in policy formulation and execution of interpersonal relations and resource management skills. Be objective, fair minded, impartial and a person of impeccable integrity who is able to command, responds and full cooperation from subordinates, colleagues and superiors. Be computer literate, well versed with information and Communication Technology (ICT) and familiar with rules of business in Higher Education University.
