Qualification and experience:

PhD degree in the relevant field from an HEC recognized university/institution.atleast 12 years relevant professional experience in a university, government department, public sector or well reputed corporate/private sector organization or master's degree in the relevant field awarded after 18 years of education or equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized university/instition.atleast 15 years relevant professional experience in a university, goverment department,public sector or well reputed corporate/private sector organization. or bachelor's degree(2nd division/c Grade) in the relevant field awarded after 16 years of education or equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized university/institution.at least 17 years relevant professional experience in a university, government department or public sector or well reputed corporate'/private sector organization.preference shall be given to those having qualification in the field of management sciences/mechanical engineering/printing & graphic arts.
