Qualification and experience:
Master's or Bachelor's Degree (minimum 16 years of education) in the area of HR, Management, Sociology, Psychology preferably with focus on diversity from an HEC recognized university or foreign university.

Minimum 10 years of work experience, including at least 6 years in related field. Expertise in HR related areas especially those relating to formulation of policy work in ensuring various parameters relating to diversity and inclusion and ensuring compliance to the parameters so made.
