Qualification and Experience:
A qualified person with PhD in fields related to Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Molecular Genetics having an extensive managerial, research and industry experience (10 years); demonstrated ability to conduct analytical design and testing, expertise in extraction technologies at scale and the ability to design and implement quality control assurance plan. However, preference will be given to the candidate who has experience in setting up Biotechnology centres and understanding of “Bench to Business” concepts especially in local environment. The practical knowledge and skills of getting ISO certification, accreditation and developing linkage with national industries will be highly preferred. The existing contacts and networking with international biotechnology centres are will be given priority.
