Qualification and experience:

Masters’ degree/ 16 Years of Education in Project management, Social Sciences, or related fields.

§   05x years of professional experience in project management, disaster risk reduction and M&E in the humanitarian    

      or development fields, including developing M&E plans and logical framework and CEA tools.

§   Experience in working with volunteers or civil society organizations will be an asset, as well as experience of another culture (i.e., research studies, volunteering work, or internship);

§   Working experience in an international organization is an advantage, as is knowledge of Red Cross and

Red Crescent policies, procedures and practices.
