Qualification and experience;

MS or M.Sc. in Civil or Mechanical or Environmental Engineering from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission, must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with minimum five years' experience in Water Sector.

BS or B.Sc. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission, must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with minimum seven years’ experience in Water Sector.
