Qualification and experience:

Recognized Medical Degree with Managemant administrative experience in asenior mangement position in a health institution or organization.Applicant should have a record of excellence in clinical care. Minimum 3 years and preferably 7 yaers experience in leading a major hospital clinical unit ia any clinical disipline Including but not limited to medicine,surgery,pediatrics,obstetrics &Gynecology,Radiology,Pathology or any its sub specialties.

Responsibilities:

1 Ensuring clinical excellence in all aspects of hospital function.

2Ensuring timly appropiate management of patients.

3Ensuring the best outcomes for all patients.

4Establishing new clinical services and futher developing existing clinical services.

5 assessing and auditing existing clinical practices and developing  new clinical programs.

6 Developing an annual clinical budget,including capital medical equipment request for presentation to the Hospital Director, Managemant Committee and the Board.

7 The Medical Director will be Report to the Board of Governors.

8 Any other function assigned by the Board.

9 Terms of Employment 5 years.
