Location _________ Islamabad Job Description _________________ Job Requirement: The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will work closely with the Communications Manager and is responsible for organizing and overseeing the creation of promotional materials and brand identity. The role involves knowledge of the company’s consumer base and competitors, as well as a creative and analytical mindset. The role will provide support and coordinate in delivering communications and influencing related initiatives in the Communications department. Responsibilities Drive and review internal and external communications and ensure that all promotional and marketing materials meet the company’s brand identity Manage ongoing pieces of communications work and recommend techniques to improve PSW’s public image Track and report analytics on marketing and communications campaigns and coordinate promotional events and branding activities. Optimize PSW’s ability to share digital assets, particularly within the context of a single management structure. Improve constituent data-sharing, particularly between PSW staff and traders, partners, OGAs, and other relevant stakeholders. Develop a strong practice of digital literacy across PSW to empower staff at all levels and in all areas of PSW’s work to leverage the potential of digital communications. Provide support and guidance for smaller PSW affiliates as they develop their own digital strategies. Write and edit a variety of different content to support internal and external communications and marketing efforts Assist the communications team in designing and implementing 360 -degree communications and marketing campaigns as per PSW’s communications policy to further company objectives. Monitor analytics and create reports detailing the successes and failures of communications campaigns, branding initiatives, and outreach strategies Stay up to date on industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to communications strategies and practices Conduct market research to identify trends and needs along with competitor activity. Coordinate volunteers, support staff, vendors, and more to support promotional events Perform outreach to relevant groups, influencers, and brand ambassadors, and build strategic partnerships to grow brand recognition. Work with the Communications team and empaneled agencies to deliver high-impact stories, increase brand recall and loyalty Work in cross-functional teams to execute projects within timelines and compile reports on marketing activities Qualifications BA/MA degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications work at the mid-senior level preferably in the development sector Sound editorial judgment and ability to generate stories to further an organization’s objectives Exceptional communications and presentation skills with the ability to write, speak and edit in English and Urdu Ability to analyze and present with credibility, translate technical and complex information, and test levels of understanding clearly and concisely for diverse audiences Strong knowledge of, and experience with organizational development of civil society organizations in challenging environments, and ability to inform content, materials development, and methodology of organizational development activities.
