Job Description
PSW is looking for a results-driven Data Center Operations Deputy Manager to optimize our company's data center operations. Successful candidate will be responsible for deployment and support of company’s physical and virtual data center infrastructure, storage area networks (SAN), data backup, disaster recovery and business continuity planning.  

To ensure success as a Data Center Operations Manager, you should exhibit sound knowledge of physical servers installation and management, VMware, SAN, backup and recovery with VEEAM and related technologies. Experience of 6+ years with similar role is required.

Responsibilities:

Determining business needs and evaluating existing infrastructure and systems.
Manage Installation, configuration and monitoring of the VMware infrastructure.
Deploy customized VMware solutions.
Ensure all aspects of the virtual infrastructure abides by company standards and best practices.
Ensure all aspects of the infrastructure abides by company standards and best practices.
Manage security patches, OS updates and bug fixes and have them installed.
Troubleshooting and resolving VMware environment issues.
Providing technical support and documenting VMware processes.
Linux Server Installation, Configuration and Administration.
SAN Switches Installation configuration, deployment and management.
Vulnerabilities Scanner Deployment and Monitoring.
DR Site preparation Server Rack mount, Installation and configuration.
Datacenter monitoring, New servers Rack mount, installation and management.
Manage, install, and maintain the health and capacity of Storage Systems (SAN).
Maintain security and compliance on all data center systems.
Monitoring of infrastructure
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, Electrical or computer engineers, computer programming, or similar.
VMWare Certified Professional (VCP) preferred.
6+ years experience in servers, storage and virtualization
Proficiency in servers deployment, VMware ESXi Enterprise, VRealize Operations, SAN, Windows Server, Linux Ubuntu, VMware Tanzu Standard, VEEAM for back and recovery management, Tape Library
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Exceptional analytical and technical aptitude.
Great organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
