Job Description

3-5 Year Experience as Oracle DBA Key Skills & Requirement: The Oracle Database Administrator will be responsible for database design and operational support for various databases running on AIX/Linux platforms. The position requires a thorough working knowledge of Oracle database architecture, installation, performance tuning, SQL tuning, partitioning, shell scripting, data pump, SQL Loader, ADDM/AWR/ASH reports, backup, recovery, materialized view, upgrade, migration, patching , security and troubleshooting. • Experience in designing, development and administration of Oracle database, PostgreSQL and MongoDB. • Hands on experience of Oracle RAC, Oracle Data Guard, Oracle Golden Gate, PostgreSQL Replication and MongoDB Cluster configuration • Writing, analyzing and tuning of complex SQL queries • Ability to provide technical assistance to developers as needed. • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot system issues in a timely manner • Experience in backup and recovery procedures • Evaluate, plan and perform the DB upgrades. • Configuration of email alerts and metrics in Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control • Oracle database certification (OCP) is mandatory
