Qualification and experience:

Minimum Bachelor Degree required in Electronics discipline and Master Degree in Management Sciences is a preferable.

10 years of experience in Operations.

Excellent project management skills, including good judgment and problem-solving skills

Candidate must be an energetic self-starter/leader who is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and can getthings done in a timely manner.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, while meeting deadlines.

Experience in supply chain management.

Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.

High degree of personal integrity and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Effective problem-solving skills.

Good Knowledge of MS Office
