Qualification and experience:

·         MBBS/BDS with Post graduation in clinical subjects/ Masters in Public Health/Health Management or equivalent Post graduate Degree from a recognized/accredited institute from HEC/PM&DC recognized institutes

·         Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field with sound exposure to healthcare service delivery systems of public and/or private sectors

·         Demonstrable leadership skills with a flexible style  consensual and participative but decisive where warranted

·         Strong analytical and evaluation ability

·         Strong communication skills both verbal and written

·         Demonstrable integrity, energy, enthusiasm, commitment and persistence

·         Must be a team player

·         Must have strong computer literacy

·         Strong ability to multi-task and high degree of adaptability to changing situations.

·         May required frequent traveling throughout the Punjab
