Qualification and experience:

 Level II b / III Post graduation like PhD/ FCPS/ M.D.S, or equivalent postgraduate qualification recognised by the council in respective basic subject 

Two years teaching experience as Demonstrator / lecturer before or after Level-II b and one year experience is required for Level-III ...

Preference will be given having extra qualification in the relevant field
