Staff Status is a structured and transparent service by Employment Processing Resource (EPR) that allows employers to verify and rate an employee's working conduct through a ratings-only system.
This service is designed to support ethical hiring, performance visibility, and workforce credibility—without comments, opinions, or negative wording.
The EPR Staff Status system provides a neutral, standardized, and abuse-free mechanism for employers to record an employee's professional working status.
Instead of written feedback, employers submit 5-star ratings across fixed performance categories, ensuring:

  • No defamation
  • No personal remarks
  • No emotional or biased language

This makes the system safe, fair, and trusted for both employers and employees.

Rating Categories (5-Star Scale)

Employers can rate employees only in the following categories:


  1. Professional Behavior
  2. Punctuality & Attendance
  3. Communication Skills
  4. Work Quality & Performance
  5. Cooperation with Management

Each category is rated independently to create a balanced performance overview.

System Workflow (Simplified)


  1. Employer logs into the EPR system
  2. Employer enters staff name + CNIC
  3. System identifies the staff profile
  4. Employer provides 5-category star ratings
  5. Ratings are securely saved
  6. Ratings appear publicly on the staff profile

✔ Employer identity remains anonymous

Staff Profile Structure (Public Display)

Each registered staff member has a public rating profile showing:

  • Full Name
  • City
  • Category / Profession
  • Total Number of Verifications
  • Average Star Rating
  • Category-wise Star Ratings

✔ No employer name visible

✔ No comments displayed
